Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time via https:\/\/helpdesk.deskcamera.com.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><b> Data Privacy &amp; Compliance<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DeskCamera processes user data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; No access to user systems or surveillance data is possible.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; All submitted support data is treated confidentially and stored securely.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Users can submit data deletion or access requests via the support portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><b> SLA Modifications<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DeskCamera reserves the right to update this SLA.
