At DeskCamera Baltic OÜ, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance, privacy, and security. - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
We ensure that DeskCamera software and company operations follow the principles of data minimization, user consent, and data protection by design and by default. Personal data is not collected or stored unless explicitly configured by the end user. - National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), Section 889:
DeskCamera does not contain or integrate any hardware or software components from manufacturers banned under NDAA §889. As a software-only solution developed in the EU, our product is free from components manufactured by or affiliated with restricted Chinese companies. - ONVIF Conformance:
DeskCamera is a ONVIF-compliant product and an official member of the ONVIF organization. Our software emulates a virtual IP camera stream that fully adheres to ONVIF Profile S specifications, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of VMS platforms and network video devices. - ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701 Readiness:
Our internal development and operational procedures are aligned with the principles outlined in ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security) and ISO/IEC 27701 (Privacy Information Management). Formal certification is under consideration. - Local and EU Regulations:
As an Estonian-registered company, DeskCamera Baltic OÜ operates in accordance with EU directives and Estonian laws on electronic communications, consumer protection, and cybersecurity. - CE, FCC, RoHS:
As a software-only product, DeskCamera does not include physical hardware components and is therefore not directly subject to CE, FCC, or RoHS marking requirements. However, we ensure that when our software is used in conjunction with compliant hardware (e.g. capture cards or workstations), it does not interfere with electromagnetic or safety standards.
