What happens when you submit this request?
When we receive a valid request:

• We will confirm your identity (to prevent unauthorized deletion requests).

• We will erase all personal information associated with your email and account, unless we are legally required or entitled to retain certain data (e.g., for fraud prevention, compliance, or tax regulations).

Important notes:

• Data deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• After deletion, you will lose access to all services and any licenses, subscriptions, or historical data associated with your account.
• We will not delete data that we are required to retain under applicable law.

• Individuals who have interacted with DeskCamera (e.g., created an account, requested a trial, made a purchase, or subscribed to emails).
• California residents (under CCPA/CPRA).
• EU/EEA residents (under GDPR).
